Plastic Reservoirs and Containers for Liquids

Purpose

The plastic tanks are being used for constant or temporary collection unit for waste or already purified waters. The producer requires them to be used accordingly to their purpose.

Description

The plastic tanks are produced from high quality Polypropylene (PP) or Polyethylene (PE) with cylindrical and square shapes with different sizes. The covers, the compartments and the position of the inlet tube can be set accordingly to the size of the tank and the clients' requirements.

Main Technical Parameters

The main technical parameters of the plastic tanks are shown in the specification table. Their working volume is reached when the water level reaches the low end of the inlet or outlet tube if such is required. If the tanks are covered in the ground, they should not be stepped on. If a walking on is needed, the tanks must be protected in accordance with 1.4. The tanks' cover for waste water is geometrically calculated for full and complete hermetic closing in order not to release any odour. The measures should be accordingly to 1.4.

The size of the hatch is 600 x 600 mm and is in compliance with the requirements of 1.4. If the tank is covered and secured with hood it should be placed in non-walking areas. The hoods are not designed for walking on them. All hoods guarantee the lack of odour.

Design

The tank is designed to be placed in or above the ground. The concrete foundation is calculated to withstand maximum pressure.

The tanks are designed and constructed according to the client’s requirements.
